Matthew Miller is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Practice Group at Cascade Partners, a Detroit-based firm specializing in middle-market transactions. With over 30 years of experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business development, Matt brings deep expertise and strategic insight to every engagement.

He holds a BGS from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago. Matt holds the Series 63 and Series 79 securities licenses and actively contributes to the community as a board member of the Michigan Sustainable Business Forum, St. Cecilia Music Center, and Association for Corporate Growth.
