Devan Dodge-Frye is the Sustainability Manager at the City of Royal Oak, Michigan. In her previous role at the State of Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE), Devan coordinated sustainability and recycling efforts across the state. Now with the City of Royal Oak, she is continuing to advance sustainability efforts for Michigan-based businesses and communities while seeking opportunities to collaborate.

Devan has been a WMSBF Board Member since 2020.
