In this role, Kristen works across business units to analyze sustainability data and lead the implementation of strategic sustainability initiatives and disclosures. Most recently, Kristen has focused her efforts on standing up the company\u2019s sustainable supply chain program and energy and environmental justice initiatives. She also monitors and evaluates the company\u2019s ESG performance and leads the preparation of several sustainability-related disclosures.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de unirse a Consumers Energy, Kristen trabaj\u00f3 como Gerente de Sustentabilidad para las Escuelas P\u00fablicas de Grand Rapids, trabajando para reducir el impacto ambiental de las operaciones del distrito e integrar la sustentabilidad en el aula. Kristen tiene una Licenciatura en Ciencias Pol\u00edticas de Alma College y una Maestr\u00eda en Asuntos P\u00fablicos en Pol\u00edtica Energ\u00e9tica de la Facultad de Asuntos P\u00fablicos y Ambientales de Indiana University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kristen vive en el \u00e1rea de Grand Rapids con su esposo y sus dos hijos.
