Despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os de trabajo comunitario y sin fines de lucro, actualmente se desempe\u00f1a como directora de diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n del Vicepresidente Adjunto del Mercantile Bank of Michigan. Misti dedica su tiempo y energ\u00eda a cultivar un entorno de trabajo inclusivo en una organizaci\u00f3n en r\u00e1pido crecimiento. En su tiempo libre, Misti trabaja como voluntaria para una variedad de organizaciones comunitarias y aboga por la alfabetizaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes y el empoderamiento de la comunidad. Misti trabaj\u00f3 en las Escuelas P\u00fablicas de Grand Rapids en diversas funciones durante m\u00e1s de 25 a\u00f1os.
