Este programa se enfoca en estrategias pr\u00e1cticas de sostenibilidad que no solo benefician al medio ambiente, sino que tambi\u00e9n pueden ayudar a ahorrar dinero, mejorar la eficiencia y fortalecer su relaci\u00f3n y conexi\u00f3n con la comunidad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El taller cubrir\u00e1 temas cotidianos relevantes para restaurantes y operaciones de alimentos y bebidas, incluyendo la reducci\u00f3n de residuos, el compostaje y el reciclaje, la reducci\u00f3n de materiales peligrosos y la limpieza ecol\u00f3gica, los PFAS en contacto con alimentos, el empaque y los utensilios para alimentos, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n, la eficiencia en el uso del agua y la energ\u00eda y alternativas inteligentes como los envases reutilizables o compostables para llevar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con tiempo para preguntas, discusi\u00f3n y una breve actividad interactiva, esta sesi\u00f3n est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para adaptarse a su realidad actual.
