{"id":30355,"date":"2026-01-29T18:10:12","date_gmt":"2026-01-29T23:10:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/misbf.org\/?post_type=misbf_events&#038;p=30355"},"modified":"2026-02-16T11:12:27","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T16:12:27","slug":"food-beverage-waste-reduction-workshop","status":"publish","type":"misbf_events","link":"https:\/\/misbf.org\/es\/misbf_events\/food-beverage-waste-reduction-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"Taller sobre reducci\u00f3n de desperdicios de alimentos y bebidas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Capacitaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica en prevenci\u00f3n de la contaminaci\u00f3n (P2) para instalaciones de fabricaci\u00f3n y procesamiento de alimentos y bebidas<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Taller sobre Sustentabilidad de la Industria de Alimentos y Bebidas presentar\u00e1 a los profesionales de procesamiento y fabricaci\u00f3n de alimentos aplicaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas, estrategias de prevenci\u00f3n de la contaminaci\u00f3n e inversiones en infraestructura con el potencial de reducir la p\u00e9rdida y el desperdicio de alimentos en la fuente, mejorar la eficiencia operativa y prevenir la contaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las plantas de fabricaci\u00f3n y procesamiento de alimentos en Michigan est\u00e1n desaprovechando oportunidades para optimizar la producci\u00f3n o generar nuevas fuentes de ingresos mediante la eficiencia de los procesos, la prevenci\u00f3n de la contaminaci\u00f3n, el aprovechamiento de subproductos, el dise\u00f1o de envases y la aceleraci\u00f3n de ideas empresariales. De hecho, cada a\u00f1o se pierden aproximadamente mil millones de d\u00f3lares en valor econ\u00f3mico para las granjas y los fabricantes de alimentos de Michigan debido a alimentos no cosechados, mermas u otras ineficiencias en la cadena de suministro.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Universidad Central de Michigan y el Foro de Negocios Sustentables de Michigan est\u00e1n colaborando en una iniciativa para promover mejoras en la sustentabilidad y recomendaciones de prevenci\u00f3n de p\u00e9rdidas y alimentos para los fabricantes de alimentos y bebidas.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El taller gratuito contar\u00e1 con una introducci\u00f3n a la p\u00e9rdida y el desperdicio de alimentos en Michigan, brindar\u00e1 una descripci\u00f3n general de las soluciones y los proveedores disponibles, discutir\u00e1 la eficiencia de los recursos y la fabricaci\u00f3n sustentable a trav\u00e9s de aplicaciones de prevenci\u00f3n de la contaminaci\u00f3n y brindar\u00e1 apoyo de implementaci\u00f3n por parte de expertos universitarios y de la industria.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se proporcionar\u00e1 almuerzo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zapatos de deporte:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Goksel N.
