El Equipo Asesor sobre Clima Comercial (C-CAT) de EHZero, en asociaci\u00f3n con la Ciudad de Grand Rapids, el Distrito 2030 de Grand Rapids, la Colaboraci\u00f3n Comunitaria sobre el Cambio Clim\u00e1tico y el Foro de Negocios Sostenibles de Michigan, lo invita a identificar y priorizar estrategias y acciones para inclusi\u00f3n en el cap\u00edtulo de Edificios Comerciales del Plan de Acci\u00f3n y Adaptaci\u00f3n Clim\u00e1tica (CAAP) de la Ciudad de Grand Rapids. Este cap\u00edtulo incluir\u00e1 estrategias y elementos de acci\u00f3n que reducir\u00e1n el consumo de energ\u00eda\/las emisiones de GEI y aumentar\u00e1n la resiliencia clim\u00e1tica de las empresas comerciales e industriales ubicadas en la ciudad de Grand Rapids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este evento, el personal y los socios de la Ciudad revisar\u00e1n un borrador del cap\u00edtulo de Construcci\u00f3n Comercial del CAAP, que el C-CAT ayud\u00f3 a crear e incluye estrategias para:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Crear y mantener la infraestructura, la informaci\u00f3n y el compromiso necesarios para reducir la energ\u00eda y las emisiones de los edificios comerciales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda de los edificios comerciales existentes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garantizar el dise\u00f1o y la construcci\u00f3n de edificios comerciales de alto rendimiento con bajas o nulas emisiones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apoyar la instalaci\u00f3n o adquisici\u00f3n in situ de sistemas de energ\u00eda renovable (incluidos en el cap\u00edtulo de Energ\u00eda de la CAAP)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n discutiremos la mejor manera de incorporar los temas clave de la CAAP: equidad, prosperidad econ\u00f3mica, salud, resiliencia y colaboraci\u00f3n en el Cap\u00edtulo de Edificios Comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestro objetivo es atraer a una audiencia lo m\u00e1s diversa posible; limite la inscripci\u00f3n a no m\u00e1s de dos representantes de la misma organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se proporcionar\u00e1 almuerzo.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfDise\u00f1a, desarrolla, posee, administra u opera un edificio comercial o industrial en la ciudad de Grand Rapids?
