Asociación de vecinos de Creston

Empowering neighbors through information, connections, and support to build the Creston community.

Since 1979, the Creston Neighborhood Association (CNA) has been a grassroots nonprofit service Creston – Grand Rapids largest neighborhood. Our mission is to organize resources to promote the social, economic, and environmental health of our community.

Sustainability is woven into everything we do. Through our Living Green in Creston Committee, we champion environmental stewardship via educational events and workshops, establish urban orchards in our parks, and actively advocate for green infrastructure projects throughout the neighborhood.

Our Repair Fair events bring the community together to celebrate sustainability in action, encouraging a culture of reuse and repair over disposal. The Creston Farmers Market connects neighbors with local growers and fresh food, and our Community Garden provides hands-on growing space for residents.

Furthermore, the CNA advances climate resilience, sustainable land use, and equitable economic development through leadership training, civic engagement, and inclusive community events. We believe a thriving neighborhood and a sustainable future go hand in hand.
